Shipping policy

Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Production can take 7-14 business days. Regardless of method of shipment selected. All products are handmade as well as made to order.

Please refer to our current turnaround-time for new orders. Orders will be shipped within our stated turnaround-time. Once shipped, expect a 5-8 business day transit time.

We are NOT responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

If your order is returned to Cypress&Lily for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Cypress&Lily, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping  will not be refunded.
